Research Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic chemistry and be able to design, synthesize, and characterize complex organic compounds.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results to drive innovation and advance research goals.

• Design and execute organic synthesis routes to target compounds.
• Purify and characterize organic molecules using analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to troubleshoot reactions and optimize synthetic routes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address project challenges.
• Record experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s), or exceptional ability.
• 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
• Nice to have: Master's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s).
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
