We are seeking a Research Chemist to join our team in a challenging role that involves creating chemistry problems and analyzing model responses.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, and possess strong research and analytical skills.

As a Research Chemist, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing chemistry problems to test the reasoning capabilities of large language models
• Analyzing model responses and identifying gaps in logic or understanding
• Creating a reactor model to estimate the maximum temperature reached in a plug flow reactor

In addition to your technical expertise, you should also have strong written communication skills, particularly in remote settings.

We offer a flexible work arrangement with a minimum of 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week, with the possibility of contract extension based on performance.
