About the Role:

This specialist position is focused on leveraging advanced AI applications to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust data protection controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive audit and reporting tools to monitor AI usage and performance.
  • Design and implement safety layers to enhance the security and reliability of AI-powered solutions.
  • Analyze model performance metrics and produce regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost-performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge bases for developers and end-users.
  • Provide expert-level support and training sessions for IT staff to expand their expertise in managing AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
