Job Role: WLAN Automation Engineer

Our organization is seeking a skilled engineer to collaborate on developing and maintaining automation test scripts using Python frameworks such as Pytest, PyATS, and Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Automation Test Scripts: Utilize Python frameworks such as Pytest, PyATS, and Robot Framework to create and maintain automation test scripts for WLAN features and L2/L3 networking protocols.
  • API Automation Solutions: Develop and maintain API automation solutions using the Flask framework to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Functional and Protocol Validation: Perform thorough testing and validation of WLAN features and L2/L3 networking protocols to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards are met, and actively contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in Python test automation, with a strong understanding of WLAN and L2/L3 networking protocols.
  • Proficiency in Flask: Excellent knowledge of the Flask framework and its applications in API automation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficient in Git version control systems and exposure to CI/CD environments.
