Job Opportunity:

MuleSoft Application Management Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Application Management Services engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and management of MuleSoft applications across multiple environments.

  • Provide expert-level support for MuleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues.
  • Manage the lifecycle of MuleSoft applications, including deployment, testing, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of MuleSoft applications with other systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MuleSoft application management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-9 years of experience in Java development and MuleSoft technology.
  • Expertise in using MuleSoft AnyPoint studio to create various flows that integrate APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture and experience with server administration and physical deployment on cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with Jenkins, ANT, and Maven build tools for building and deploying applications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in production support and conversance with ticketing systems.
  • Good to have experience with ServiceNow support tool.
