Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process optimization strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Production and Quality Assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield and scrap rate and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Train and guide production teams on processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
