About the Opportunity:

This is an exceptional chance to spearhead the growth of our Biogas and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) solutions business across India.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy, driving revenue growth, and securing key client relationships.

As the leader of this segment, you will oversee sales and business development efforts, identify high-value projects, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a tailored sales strategy for Biogas and ETP GFS projects.
  • Identify and secure high-value projects across the Biogas/CBG and ETP segments.
  • Develop and maintain deep, strategic relationships with key end-users, consultants, and project developers.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial guidance to clients, showcasing the superior value proposition and long-term impact of GFS technology.

Market Overview:

The Biogas/CBG and ETP markets are at the forefront of India's sustainability and industrial modernization drive, offering significant opportunities for growth and innovation.

With over 5,000 plants planned nationwide, the sector is experiencing explosive growth, accelerated by the SATAT policy. You will provide critical infrastructure for these clean energy projects, directly contributing to India's energy security and environmental goals.

Key Deliverables (First 12-18 months):

  • Build a robust, actionable sales pipeline of ₹10–₹20 crore specifically for Biogas & ETP GFS projects.
  • Closing multiple early reference projects across the Biogas/CBG and ETP segments, establishing our market presence and validating your strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market share and customer base.
