Job Title: Senior Placement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our Placements team.

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective onboarding strategies for new corporate partners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing corporate partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to secure valuable placement opportunities.
  • Work closely with academic departments to ensure alignment of placements with student skills and curriculum.
  • Foster collaboration across functions to deliver world-class placement experiences.
  • Evaluate partnership effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution, with specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
