Senior Graphic Designer Role

This role requires understanding and interpreting client requirements and possessing knowledge of IT sector terminologies. You'll shape the visual aspects of layouts, designs, websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. A creative flair and strong ability to translate requirements into design are must-haves.

Responsibilities

  • Develop designs for digital print and web
  • Choose appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs
  • Amen corner designs after feedback
  • Evaluate if final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Analyze design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic and other designing fields
  • A strong portfolio of Design or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of assigned work
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • Core software skills:
  • Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator
  • InDesign, XD

Additional software skills:

  • Basic HTML and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a reputed design house. Experience in creating designs for IT sector clients would be beneficial

Industry expertise:

  • 6-8 years of industry experience. Minimum 3 years in a reputed design house
