SaaS Implementation Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new customers to our SaaS platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration and adoption by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding sessions to guarantee smooth product acceptance and effective data integration.
  • Support customers in migrating their data through advanced ETL/ELT pipelines while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform complex SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and detailed reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with expertise in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in US-based SaaS product companies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
