Job Title: Corporate Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced corporate financial manager to lead our treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing funding needs and preparing monthly reports for senior management.
  • Analyzing and implementing hedging and funding activities, including forex, swaps, loans, and deposits.
  • Managing cash flow through planning and forecasting.
  • Overseeing treasury operations and controls, including cash pooling, sweeping, and forex hedging.
  • Working capital management and managing banking relationships.
  • Driving treasury projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Maintaining bank relationships and liquidity management.
  • Ensuring compliance with banking and treasury regulations.
  • Borrowing schedules and debt facilities management.
  • Overseas payments, letters of credit, and buyer credits.
  • Daily cash management and banking reporting.
  • Debt facilities management and CMA reporting.
Requirements:
  • A degree in finance and/or banking, preferably with CA qualification or MBA.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in managing the treasury function and treasury accounting, including FX, liquidity, and cash flow.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective communication and writing skills in English.
