Job Title: Senior Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our team of scientists and chemists in the development and improvement of new products and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic methods, analytical methods, and relevant products, as well as excellent skills in interpretation of analytical data from various instruments such as UV, IR, NMR, GC, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS, MS, and so on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of scientists and chemists for new product development and process improvement
  • Develop standardize industrially feasible processes and meet long-term cost targets
  • Identify and develop new products
  • Prepare feasibility reports, cost analysis reports, monthly progress reports, and technical documentation reports (TDR)
  • Demonstrate and validate lab-scale processes up to commercial scale
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of synthetic methods, analytical methods, and relevant products
  • Excellent skills in interpretation of analytical data from various instruments
  • Well-versed with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines
  • Understanding of literature and patents
  • Knowledge of SAP IMS
