The Role of a Personalization Specialist

As a skilled Adobe Target Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business results. Your expertise in personalization and A/B testing will be invaluable in creating engaging experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized experiences across web and mobile channels using Adobe Target.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in personalization and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience integrating Adobe Target with Martech tools such as Salesforce CRM and Marketo is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
