Media Planning & Buying Lead

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Media Planning & Buying Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Media Planning & Buying team, you'll provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise to drive business growth.

Job Description:

As the Media Planning & Buying Lead, you will oversee all deliverables produced by your team, ensuring quality standards are met. You will develop media recommendation templates, post-campaign analyses, and collaborate with other team leads to develop best practices. Additionally, you will lead non-client specific projects to enhance capabilities, improve work quality, or increase efficiency/optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in media strategy and planning.
  • Oversee deliverables produced by your team.
  • Develop quality standards for planning deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to develop best practices.
  • Lead non-client specific projects to enhance capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise with relevant platform tools such as DoubleClick Bid Manager, Google Adwords tools, Facebook tools, and media research tools like Comscore, GWI, TGI, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional client relationship and management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
