Job Title

Cloud Systems Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable, secure, and cost-effective software architectures that integrate Azure cloud services, AI, Snowflake data warehousing, Python for data processing, and .NET for application development.
  • Develop innovative AI/ML solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives by leading the design and architecture process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI system requirements and integration strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend architectural improvements or adoption where appropriate to drive innovation.
  • Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management within cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Lead the cloud architecture strategy, focusing on Azure services such as Azure DevOps and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to optimize cloud usage and performance.
  • Design solutions using Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and analytics, guiding the development of applications using .NET technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, establishing coding standards and development practices that promote high-quality code.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system designs, data flows, and integration patterns.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a software architecture role.
  • Proven experience with Azure, AI, Snowflake, Python, and .NET technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure SQL Database and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture and migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns, responsible AI practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
