Project Management Position

Job Summary:
A highly skilled Project Manager is required to oversee internal resources and third-party vendors in executing projects seamlessly. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, within-scope, and cost-effective delivery of projects while developing project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely, within-scope, and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively.
  • Establish a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, especially scrum/kanban-based execution.
  • Familiarity with Jira is essential.
  • Maintain consistent delivery quality across all streams of work.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in computer science or engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is an asset.
  • Experience in IAM systems, particularly SailPoint-related products, is highly valued.
