Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned test lead to head our performance and automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies. They will be proficient in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java
  • Working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
  • Experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python
  • Experience in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools
