We seek a dynamic sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products services generating leads or providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound inbound calls: Make and receive calls to from customers to provide information about products services.
- Lead generation: Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through effective communication.
- Customer support: Handle customer inquiries complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow-up: Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record keeping: Accurately document customer interactions inquiries and feedback in the CRM system.
- Sales targets: Meet or exceed daily weekly monthly call and sales targets.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
Requirements:
English Proficiency Spoken Earn certifications in these skills.
About the Internship:
This is a full-time in-office internship. You must start between 27th Dec and 31st Jan and be available for 3 months.
