  • Job Description: We are seeking a high-performing Investment Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising Ultra High Net Worth (HNI) clients on Equity, Futures and Options (F&O), Currencies and Commodities.
  • Key Responsibilities: Managing large customer relationships with book sizes of 25 lacs & above, building strong rapport with Business Associates (Partners, Franchisees, Intermediary Financial Advisors - IFAs) to drive business scalability and quality servicing.
  • Actionable Strategies: Helping Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, Partners scale their existing base and revenue through quality service, showcasing future opportunities and providing actionable advice.
  • Customer Engagement: Meeting large customers and Business Associates - Franchisees, IFAs, Partners on a regular basis, profiling Business Associates by conducting in-depth reviews of customer financial requirements, analyzing investor investment styles, risk appetites and recommending suitable portfolios or strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Creating large option books along with revenue and maximizing customer activation through quality advisory services, up-selling and looking for opportunities to guide large customers to diversify their investment portfolios.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG-B2B/Partner Alliance/Franchisee vertical of Stock Broking firms.
  • Expertise in research sectors like BFSI, Auto, FMCG, and Consumer Durables, thorough knowledge of Institutional Equity Research, connections with Buy Side institutions like Mutual Fund Houses and Insurance Companies.
