Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote business divisions and manage marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute promotional materials and exhibition management
  • Support business functions and marketing campaigns
  • Design, develop, and execute communications across various modes and channels
  • Manage social media platforms and content creation
  • Track and report critical social media campaign parameters
  • Manage website and digital initiatives
  • Strategize and execute new product digital initiatives
  • Monitor and curate social media content
  • Ideate and execute digital and on-ground activities
  • Support business development teams through customer outreach initiatives
  • Draft uniform communications for updating customers/partners on business news/events
  • Creation of customized region-specific communication for customers in close coordination with the business development team
  • Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of internal events
  • Assist in external business development events management
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies for event management and support
  • Manage virtual events such as webinars and online events
  • Drive content development for articles from senior leadership desk
  • Drive research and data gathering for industry topics
  • Prepare press releases for business updates
  • Coordination, drafting, and editing of answers to questionnaires and sponsored articles
  • Agency management for all coordination for interviews and press conferences
  • Internal communication support for Investor Relations
  • Awards and recognitions: Data compilation, entry form filling, and presentations for award nominations
  • Creating supporting documents in coordination with respective departments
  • Dissemination of senior leadership address to the organization and translation of the same
  • Customized communications from senior leadership desk for special occasions
  • Setting up and maintenance of company Intranet
  • Ensuring regular updates on intranet post go-live
  • Support for HR team for internal employee mailers
  • Complete documentation support for Great Place to Work entry
  • Drafting of letters to employees on outstanding performance
  • Support for all internal campaigns/events
  • Ensuring employees are updated on business updates, news, and other important announcements through internal channels of communication
  • Management of corporate communications ID for internal mailing
  • Carry out primary and secondary market research for new product evaluation
  • Assist in competitor analysis and market mapping
  • Tracking products/ingredients of interest for the latest market updates
