Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. They will be responsible for building and optimizing SQL queries for large, complex datasets, developing and supporting ETL processes, creating reports and interactive dashboards, and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Data Engineer to work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • SQL Query Optimization: Build and optimize SQL queries for large, complex datasets.
  • ETL Process Development: Develop and support ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading).
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and interactive dashboards for business and regulatory needs.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical/data issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL design and development.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Python, PySpark, Airflow, or cloud technologies (Kubernetes, microservices).
  • Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos.
