About the Role:

As a key member of our digital marketing team, we are seeking an experienced Marketing/Web Operations professional to enhance our online presence and drive business growth through strategic optimization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather specifications and refine technical requirements for web platforms and landing pages.
  • Maintain and optimize websites, micro-sites, and landing pages to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Monitor change logs and documentation to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Identify operational risks and propose innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the global product marketing team to implement best practices and promote successful strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to operations.
  • Coordinate marketing webinars and provide live support to panelists.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless workflow coordination across time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of front-end development experience.
  • Programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, with PHP as a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and web functions.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles is beneficial.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Able to develop ideas while focusing on details and the big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the marketing funnel.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
