Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee the successful execution of our Mobile Banking project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or fintech, with at least 4 years in mobile banking and internet banking projects.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and services.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- PMP, Scrum, or Prince2 certifications an asset.
About the Role:
The Project Leader will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
