Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and ensure the highest standards of software quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software products.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Automation Tools: Good to have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Defect Tracking & Management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Programming Skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail in software testing.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
