We are seeking a visionary Data Cloud Specialist to join our data leadership team.

This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI/ML solutions.

You will collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape our Lakehouse strategy and lead innovation across engagements.

  • Develop and enhance Databricks-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
  • Lead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits.
  • Provide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured Streaming.
  • Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales to position Databricks solutions.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
  • Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python/Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagement.
  • GCP/AWS/Azure certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services.
