Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, analyzing data, and implementing quality assurance procedures. They will also monitor production processes and collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality issues that may arise.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product compliance with industry standards
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Implement changes to quality assurance procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with production team members to address quality issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in quality management.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the Expansion Joint manufacturing industry.
