Job Description:

A seasoned architect with 10-13 years of experience is required for a top-tier company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design conceptualization, project planning and execution, and technical drawing development.

  • Develop Project Designs with related detailed drawings and BOQs
  • Represent the company ideas with confidence to clients
  • Develop exclusive design ideas with latest finishes and value adds
  • Expertise in developing detailed BOQs
  • Singularly responsible for leading and managing projects from design conceptualization stage to final project handover
  • Draft technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications
  • Work closely with a team of professionals and coordinate with project coordinators, consultants, and liaison architects
  • Direct and manage supporting staff and oversee provision of assistance on projects
  • Preparation of BOQ as per allocated budget
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
  • Experience: 10-13 years
  • Design Conceptualizer with expertise in project planning and execution
  • Excellent communication skills and confident interactions with clients
  • Strong presentation skills and disciplined work deliverable
  • Open to travel and available for project sites visits and client meetings
