Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust backend systems to ensure reliable performance under high traffic conditions.
  • Maintain high-quality, testable, and efficient codebase aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Manage project priorities and deliverables with technical expertise, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring teammates and setting high technical standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working with GenAI stack.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scalability and performance optimization.
  • Strong coding, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
