Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager


Job Description:

As a seasoned test lead, you will oversee the entire testing lifecycle, develop comprehensive test strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Your expertise in manual testing methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps will drive quality assurance and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire testing lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop test strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Manage test plans, write detailed test cases, and execute thorough testing to validate product integrity.
  • Ensure the quality of Azure Data solutions by identifying and mitigating risks, performing regular assessments, and providing updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, including test planning, case writing, and execution.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans, executing tests, and reporting defects.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Utility sector is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing.
