Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to execution and termination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management or legal drafting.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
    • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
    • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
