Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Transaction Manager in our luxury real estate division. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire closing process ensuring all timelines are met and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete legal documents and contracts comply with relevant regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate with lenders and other parties to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Client Communication: Act as primary point of contact for clients providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized and secure files of transaction documents.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or real estate) with MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven track record of successful closures.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Familiarity with luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
