Software Quality Engineer

As a seasoned Software Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality engineering and automation initiatives, ensuring seamless product testing processes, and preventing defects in production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, with a proven track record of managing teams to test a range of applications from high-stakes engineering software solutions to control and monitor high-end software control systems. Your ability to quickly turn-around a test plan, ensuring traceability to technical requirements, will be essential in this role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive, implement, and maintain tests in an agile environment. Your troubleshooting mindset and ability to break down complex systems systematically will be invaluable assets in identifying failure mechanisms and resolving issues efficiently.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills are essential in effectively interfacing with internal/external customers, understanding requirements, setting priorities, and communicating direction and progress.
