Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Influencer Marketing Executive. This key position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain successful influencer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, industry trends, and digital marketing strategies to design and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Identification & Outreach: Source and onboard influencers who align with our brand values and target audiences.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging influencer campaigns, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and influencer platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
