Sales Leads play a pivotal role in propelling our IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation business across the GCCs, Captives, and Tech Enterprises. A high-performing Sales Lead is essential to build long-term talent partnerships and close high-value staffing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic outreach plans to expand our IT staffing footprint across various industries.
- Leverage existing connections with Procurement, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CXOs to forge strong relationships.
- Pitch and close large IT staffing and staff augmentation deals through effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Drive lead generation through targeted outreach and respond to RFPs to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and manage key client accounts for repeat business by providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales or Staff Augmentation and a robust network with Procurement and TA Heads. They should also demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to excel in this role.
