Job Title: Senior Executive Engineer

About the Role:

  • Execute routine maintenance of processing equipment, including vial filling, washing, and tunnel operations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive checklist for preventive maintenance tasks as per established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond to breakdown maintenance requirements in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations for process equipment.
  • Achieve adherence to cGMP, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and safety guidelines during task execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for all processing equipment.
  • Operate and maintain Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Sustain clean room parameters and troubleshoot associated issues.
  • Perform HVAC requalification exercises.
  • Communicate environmental health and safety (EHS) concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Preset purchase requests detailing spare and work requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance contracts covering equipment under their responsibility.
  • Document both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Execute ongoing projects, new initiatives, or plant extension works.
  • Prepare documentation required for equipment qualification purposes.

This position is accountable for ensuring the smooth operation of process equipment while adhering to regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will possess excellent coordination skills and be able to effectively manage spares, operate HVAC systems, and maintain clean room parameters.
