Service professionals play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a skilled Service Engineer to provide field support for our products.
  • The ideal candidate will handle all breakdown calls in a timely manner and respond promptly.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively managing customer expectations.
  • A key aspect of this role is preparing regular reports to present the overall performance of the service team.
  • Maintenance activities must be closely monitored to ensure operational efficiency and target required hours for machine repair.
  • The successful candidate will make informed decisions when to investigate the escalation process to resolve customer concerns/issues.
  • Publishing and maintaining accurate service documentation in a shared binder is essential for distribution to field service organizations.
  • Online documentation on our intranet platform is also a critical responsibility.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units promoted.
  • An effective team player with strong relationships with customer contacts is essential.
  • Travel is expected for hands-on training for field service organizations internationally (more than 20%).
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across regions for customer visits.
  • Valid driver's license and experience driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
