Job Description

As a Guest Experience Executive, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for ensuring every guest's experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will lead the floor with warmth, coordinate tables, keep service smooth, and handle small hiccups before they become drama.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality
  • A natural host – people light up around you. Warm, confident, and solution-oriented.
  • Sharp under pressure – you thrive when the floor is buzzing at 80+ covers.
  • Fluent in English + Hindi/Punjabi – you can charm both a family gathering and a cocktail-sipping date night crowd.
