We are seeking a seasoned UI developer to augment our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI Development & Implementation: Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and jQuery, ensuring a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services, partner with business teams to translate customer needs into design solutions, and participate in brainstorming sessions providing creative UI/UX input.
  • User-Centered Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features, conduct usability testing, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.
  • Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components, maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries, troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends & Technologies: Keep up with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, advocate for modern UI frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process, and continuously enhance skills contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in UI development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
