Web Development Team Lead

As a senior web development professional, you will lead our team in delivering high-quality web solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from kickoff to deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 3–6 web developers (frontend, backend, full-stack).
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as technical lead and client-facing SPOC for web-related projects.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, SEO, performance marketing, and branding teams.

  • Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend (or strong full-stack).
  • Strong project management, task prioritization, and delivery focus.
  • Ability to manage clients, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Experience delivering responsive, SEO-friendly, and performance-optimized sites.
