Reservations Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This key role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to coordinate seamless guest interactions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to ensure optimal sales conversions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services, resulting in increased revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations teams (front office, housekeeping, food and beverage) to meet guest requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently to minimize disruptions and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor online travel agency bookings, guest reviews, and respond promptly to ensure timely resolutions and positive guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in industry knowledge and practices.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry is essential to demonstrate proven skills and expertise.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are preferred to cater to diverse guest needs and requirements.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and online travel agency platforms is necessary to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused professionals who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued in this role.
