Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver as per the KPIs defined for the role, maintaining set SLA accuracy/quality and TAT standards.
- Manage volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirements, being apt in managing time-sensitive work with high-level eye for detail and collaboration with colleagues across geographies.
- Engage actively with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of service to clients, schedule adherence, and punctuality.
- Develop excellent understanding of processing systems quickly, ensuring all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues, and business interests.

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

- Qualifications: Graduate in any field.
- Shift timing: 6.30 PM onwards. We work in 3 shifts and candidates should be open to working in any of them per business requirement.

    - MS Office - Basic
