Network Architectural Expert

The ideal candidate will possess advanced-level technical expertise in Data Center Networking, encompassing spine-leaf architectures, VXLAN, BGP EVPN, and other relevant technologies.

  • Provide cutting-edge technical support and troubleshooting services for clients, identifying and resolving complex networking issues.
  • Lead critical customer escalations, guiding root cause analysis, and collaborating with product engineering teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers through collaborative training, lab sessions, and real-time guidance, fostering their growth and development.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical solutions, providing expert guidance in both reactive and proactive support scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and supply chain groups.
  • Author and disseminate technical content (knowledge articles, whitepapers, best practices) to elevate expertise across the organization and its customers.
  • Contribute actively to customer success by identifying trends and recommending improvements to network architectures and supportability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and serve as a technical lead during Severity 1 customer escalations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in Data Center Networking.
  • Previous experience in a Level 2/3 technical support or advanced escalation role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware NSX, Hyper-V) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is beneficial.
