Investor Relations Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated professionals to support our Investor Relations team by generating high-quality investor calls, conducting research on fundraising entities, and tracking investor activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive investor and company research to inform fundraising projects.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage targeted intro calls for the Investor Relations department.
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising trends, investor preferences, and deal flow.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems and research outputs.
  • Support senior team members with strategic lead generation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Research-driven, analytical, and detail-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in online research tools such as Apollo or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in finance, investment, or market research sectors.
KPIs & Performance Expectations:
  • Generate a minimum of 25 introduction calls per week (100 per month).
  • Provide regular research updates and reports to the Manager.
  • Maintain adherence to scheduled calls and company calendar.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive research culture.
