Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access management solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM systems, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) protocols.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for access management, including user account management, password management, and entitlements.
  • Configure and manage identity providers, including Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing system configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation, administration, or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of AAA protocols, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Experience with identity management systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
