">SailPoint Identity Lifecycle Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive identity lifecycle management solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
  • Develop, customize, and deploy workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet evolving business and security requirements.
  • Configure out-of-the-box and custom connectors with various applications, including Active Directory, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, CyberArk PAM, and more.
  • Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows, and access certification processes.
  • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, correlation, and scheduled jobs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years specifically in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong development background using Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies.
  • Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment, including connector configuration, custom rule development, and workflow configuration.

Additional Skills and Benefits:

  • Proficient in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in provisioning systems such as Active Directory, Oracle, and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint's LCM, policies, certifications, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with web services using SOAP, REST, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
