AI Engineering Lead

We seek a skilled AI Engineering Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of innovative, production-grade AI-powered systems that drive personalized insights.

You will focus on designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for semantic search, personalization, and contextual enrichment. You will work closely with full-stack engineers and product teams to integrate large language model (LLM)-driven features into our user-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Workflows & Pipelines
    • Design and implement RAG pipelines for low-latency retrieval, balancing innovation with scalability.
    • Build and optimize vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) for efficient data indexing and retrieval.
    • Collaborate with data scientists on ETL/ELT pipelines to prepare data for AI applications.
  • Vector Search & Data Intelligence
    • Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows using Pinecone, LangChain/LangGraph, and custom orchestration.
    • Work with structured/unstructured datasets for embedding, indexing, and enrichment.
    • Partner with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI features into our user-facing products.
  • Agile Delivery & Collaboration
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, standups) and maintain clear documentation.
    • Support knowledge sharing across the AI team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with applied AI focus.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integration.
  • Strong background in Python for AI workflows, including embeddings, orchestration, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with agentic architectures (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI features on cloud environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
