Job Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to deliver projects seamlessly
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
  • Hands-on agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Kanban-based execution
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

  • Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience in IAM systems, especially SailPoint-related product implementation and support, is a great asset
