Job Description

This role requires a skilled professional to lead complex solutions across client implementations.

  • The individual will plan and prioritize work, provide inputs on delivery lifecycle phases, and collate/report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Key responsibilities include leading/manage small implementation projects/launch implementations, managing workload for the team, and assisting in all phases of delivery lifecycle.
  • Complex configuration development for clients and leads is required, as well as data transformation management and EIB Data loads.
  • Go-live assistance and ongoing support are also key aspects of this role.
  • End-to-end ownership of assigned projects and multi-tasking on multiple projects at a time are necessary skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical and functional skills are required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Configuration Build is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills and self-driven individuals who can manage multiple projects & teams are ideal candidates.
Eligibility:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
