Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Legal Associate. As a key member of our investment platform, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in corporate law.

  • You will be responsible for managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Another key aspect of this role is reviewing and finalizing transaction documents, including term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • You will collaborate closely with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals and drive business growth.
  • In addition, you will need to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations is essential for success in this role.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior law firm experience is highly valued, but candidates looking to transition in-house are also encouraged to apply.
