About the Role:

  • Analyze data and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Update the payroll database in compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our payroll processes.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in US and Canada payroll processing.
  • Expertise in French language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR software is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility during month and year end closings is essential.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
